Modbar in the Lavazza Coffee To Go Project in downtown Milan

|

We are delighted to highlight the collaboration with Lavazza for the launch of Coffee To Go or “Caffè da Passeggio”. Starting today, May 29th, 2020, Lavazza reopens its doors at their Flagship Store in Piazza San Fedele, Milan, with a new build-out.

Lavazza has been roasting coffee since 1895. The giant, founded in Turin, imports coffee all over the world and is one of the biggest coffee roasters in Italy.

In adaption to current regulations and needs, the flagship store now incorporates a take-way Modbar station apart from its traditional coffee bar area inside. Take-aways are now prepared and served on two mobile stations, located outside on the terrace.

On the first mobile station, filtered coffee as well as sweet and savory foods are served. On the adjacent mobile station, clients will enjoy espresso and more made on the Modbar Espresso AV and Steam. The modular and under-counter design is the perfect protagonist for a coffee counter on wheels. Creating a barrier-free space that invites passersby and customers to spark conversation and enjoy a beautiful and clean service.

Coffee To Go is a wonderful way to grab great coffee for breakfast or lunch while enjoying the city of Milan again. As the world adapts to new norms, Milan is awakening slowly again.
